Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any pre-release Firmary service made available to you by Firmary, LLC. By using the website or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Pre-launch service
Firmary is pre-launch. Features, availability, and access may change as the product is tested and prepared for release. Preview materials demonstrate intended experiences and do not promise that access or a particular feature will be available on a specific date.
Acceptable use
You may use the website and any service provided to you only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or use Firmary in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Messaging disclosure
SMS Messaging Terms
When you affirmatively enroll in Firmary text messaging, Firmary may send transactional SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include account and workflow notifications, customer-support communications, security alerts, and one-time verification codes.
Message frequency varies according to account activity and the Firmary features you use. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you submit STOP, Firmary may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Firmary at support@firmary.app.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Firmary. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery are subject to carrier networks and applicable law.
Firmary materials
The website, service, software, branding, and related materials are owned by Firmary or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Availability and warranties
The website and pre-launch service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Firmary disclaims implied warranties and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
